Help spread the word

Dear Friends and Family,
I am lacing up my sneakers next month and running my best at the MITCH Marathon. This event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to be enriched with updated PE equipment, garden supplies class supplies, teacher training and class first aid kits that are essential but not funded by the current school budget.
MITCH Charter School PSO is a 501(c)3 and all pledges are 100% tax deductible. Tax information is supplied after pledges have been made.
I would appreciate it (and so would my 249 schoolmates) if you could help support me.
Thanks in advance for your support!
About this fundraiser:
On October 9th, 2015 the students of MITCH and participating parents and guardians will run a designated 1/4 mile route at Ibach Park for thirty minutes to raise money for the school. The goal is for each student to raise $26, as in the total miles of a marathon. Parents and guardians are encouraged to enter with a $26 application fee for adults.
Classes will be working together to run a cumulative of 26.2 miles, A FULL MARATHON!! If classes are able to achieve this goal, your class will get a popcorn/movie party during school! The top runners and the top earners for each class will also get a special prize! The top 10 individual money earners will enjoy a bowling/pizza party at Big Al’s with Mr. Ketel and Mrs. Meyer!!
A special thanks to our sponsors so far;

Last year the event raised over $8,000!!
MITCH Charter School is a public school of choice located in Tualatin. It has a strong history of academic excellence and an Agriculture and Language Arts focus. Because it is a Charter School, our funding is less than that of regular public schools, so we have to bridge our funding gap with fundraisers throughout the year.
Your donations will help pay for:
- PE Equipment
- Class Supplies
- Garden Supplies
- 1st Aid Kits
- Teacher Development
- Teacher Wish Lists
