Dear Friends and Family,

I am participating next month in our school's annual Fun(draiser) Run! This event raises money for me and my schoolmates; the PTO is making Munson an amazing place by offering enrichment programs and assemblies, family fun events, field day, library books, art supplies, new furniture for classrooms, classroom supply budgets, teacher meals & support, and many more great opportunities.

*This fundraiser will set the budget for next year, which we hope remains the same as this year - approximately $20,000
** Any additional money raised will go to upgrade the current wooden picnic tables to amazing recycled plastic tables that will last a lifetime!

I would appreciate it (and so would my 280 schoolmates) if you could help support me.

LET’S RUN FOR MUNSON, FOR PTO!

Our annual Munson PTO fundraiser “The Fun Run” is back again!
On Friday, April 25 our FUN(draiser) RUN will have the kids running their way to a better school. Pledges go right into making Munson an amazing place for our kids by offering enrichment programs and assemblies, family fun events, field trips, library books, art supplies, new furniture for classrooms, classroom supply budgets, teacher meals & support, and many more great opportunities.

This fundraiser will set the budget for next year,
which we hope remains the same as this year - approximately $20,000.

Any additional money raised will go to new picnic tables-wonderful, sturdy, recycled plastic picnic tables that will last a lifetime!

Pledge sheets will be sent home (to be returned Friday, May 2)

The day of the Fun(draiser) Run students will enjoy some extra outdoor time racing around the school grounds. This year’s course will again have stations of fun obstacles to go through. We’ll finish off our time with a sweet treat.
Plus, they’ll have a chance to win several great prizes!

PRIZES:
For every $20 pledge, your child will receive a raffle ticket
to put in for one of 10 great prize baskets!!
Basket themes include …
Summer Fun, Crafty Creations, Nerf or Nothing, Candy Craze, and more!
(Baskets will be displayed on the front table at school and posted on Facebook.)

Top Fundraisers + Topper Ticket winners will get to play kickball: students vs staff.
If we reach our HUGE goal of $20,000 …
Whole school gets snow-cones and extra recess!
Finally, if we reach a $25,000 stretch goal …
All school Nuke 'em Tournament and ice cream treats!

And, the class with the highest dollar amount collected will receive a special treat decided on by the students (popcorn party, ice cream party, donut party, etc) and $250 additional classroom supplies budget for their teacher.
