I am lacing up my sneakers and running my best at my school's Color Run. I'm excited to be a part of it because this event raises money for me and my classmates' technology program.

About this fundraiser:

Welcome to Prairie Lane’s 1st Color Run for technology. Our goal for this event is $9000.00 which is equivalent to 28 new iPads with covers. Fundraising is especially important for schools like Prairie Lane that are not eligible for federal Title I funding. The only way we can have a comparable budget to those schools is through fundraising.

Students are consistently required to engage in online learning at Praire Lane. Keeping up with technology development is critical to preparing our kids for real-world experiences for learning now and in the future. Sharing is caring but not having to share tablets with other classrooms allows more flexibility and engagement.

We are a school where student learning thrives and children feel proud of the place they call their school. We believe that this is because of the incredible students that attend our school, the awesome staff who believe that relationships with students are key to optimal learning and equally important the incredible support of our families. We could not engage in the wonderful learning opportunities and the fun things we do here without your monetary support. Please know that no amount is too small or too big. Your ongoing backing and support are both truly appreciated.
