Help spread the word

Austin Richie

Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers next month and participating in SA Hoops Elite's Free-throw-A-Thon. This event will raise money for me and my teammates' tournament fees and travel costs for the Spring and Summer 2024 Basketball Season.

Any Donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in our efforts.

Thanks in advance for your support!

About this fundraiser:

San Antonio Hoops Elite is a youth basketball program that focuses on producing well rounded student athletes through the development of basketball principles and skills within a competitive environment. We provide year-round practices, camps, training and tournament play for athletes of all levels. SA Hoops Elite focuses on building players from the ground up providing them with guidance and skill development. We currently have 14 boys' and girls' teams.

This year our boys' and girls' teams have been invited to participate in a National Circuit. While we are so excited about this opportunity, we are faced with additional costs that our athletes and parents will be expected to pay to participate. We are estimating the cost for this season’s uniforms, tournament fees and travel are between $35,000-$40,000 per team. We are hoping that you will be able to assist with a monetary donation of any size to assist in offsetting these costs. Your support will be invaluable and greatly appreciated.

Each athlete participant will shoot 100 free throws. You can pledge a set dollar amount or per shot made contribution. All donations will go directly to the individuals team.
