I am participating in the Valle Monte League 10K Walk for Mental Fitness on June 21, 2014. The course will begin at Family & Children Services and continue along the Guadalupe River Trail to Services for Brain Injury where we will celebrate the end of the walk with our other supported agencies; John XXIII Multi-Service Center, Centre for Living with Dying Healing Heart Program and Alzheimer's Activity Center. Will you help me reach my fundraising goal by pledging a small amount? Each step taken will raise the awareness for the need to support mental health in Santa Clara County!

About this fundraiser:

Valle Monte League is a volunteer organization dedicated to raising funds to help provide and promote better mental health within the community through licensed mental health agencies. Our five supported agencies are Family & Children Services, John XXIII Multi-Service Center, Centre for Living with Dying, Alzheimer’s Activity Center and Services for Brain Injury.

Your support of our 1st 10K Walk for Mental Fitness will enable community awareness of the connection between physical and mental well-being and to help make services available to those most in need.
