Dear Friends and Family,

I am lacing up my sneakers on Friday, October 6 and taking part in the Topanga Elementary Coyote Fun Run. This event raises money for me and my classmates to continue to have our education enriched with staff and resources that LAUSD does not pay for — including specialist science, art, music, technology, outdoor education and PE teachers, and our vital classroom aides.

I would appreciate it (and so would my 243 schoolmates) if you could help support me. I will be running laps of the school track for 10 minutes, and you can either pledge an amount per lap or a fixed total donation. There will be prizes for the children, and the class, that raises the most money for the school.

Thanks in advance for your support! Together we are making Topanga Elementary Charter School the best it can be for the entire school community.
