Dear Friends and Family,

Margot is lacing up her sneakers on Friday, October 6 for her very first fun run!

Here’s what Margot wants you to know:
“Topanga Elementary has an annual Coyote Fun Run. Topanga is a charter elementary school, which means we raise our own funds for me and my classmates to continue to have our education enriched with staff and resources that LAUSD does not pay for — including specialist science, art, music, technology, outdoor education and PE teachers, and our vital classroom aides.

Both my mom and dad have run many races and I want to be just like them! I will be running laps of the school track for 10 minutes, and you can either pledge an amount per lap or a fixed total donation. There will be prizes for the children, and the class, that raises the most money for the school.

Thanks in advance for your support! Together we are making Topanga Elementary Charter School the best it can be for the entire school community.
